    2 sets of eyes are better than one. It is always best to listen to the thoughts and opinions of others and brain storm to get the best results and ideas. some people see things from a different perspective or have different experiences which just strengthens the team.

    Don’t surround yourself with sycophants. Find colleagues who challenge perceptions and champion innovation and improvements in efficiency. Give staff a place to feel safe to discuss difficult topics and encourage them to discover solutions independently. Leaders should have a clear direction and try to remove obstacles for subordinates. Be open and honest in approaches and communicate issues in a timely manner.
