In Our Organization, I provide a service to GTS, so we only Manage Customer Accounts, our own Personal Company assets are managed by a different department
The only portable electronic devices (PEDs) that we issue as mobile IT Hardware is organization iPhones. Not a big savings expected in this area but can look to get discounts on mobile packages and providers with best package options available.
Who knows but you can assume to uncover some savings do to the infancy of my organizations ITAM program
Improved Asset Tracking and Reconciliation:
Accurate inventory: Maintaining accurate records of mobile devices to prevent loss, theft, or misuse.
Cost recovery: Recovering costs for lost or stolen devices through insurance or employee liability.
Reduced idle assets: Identifying and repurposing unused or underutilized devices.
