ParticipantSome recent Management Trends witnessed/experienced include:
1) Supply Chain Management and Disruption – how many alternatives / vendors / suppliers is enough – how are they being sourced – local, national, international, global – and the impacts of new Tariffs.
2) Onboarding of new team members and creating / building/ maintaining relationships with not only different generations but employees who no longer work from home.
3) Defining successful work requirements – social media and distractions impact the productivity of individuals when they’re not in a controlled/monitored environment – and setting accountability for persons on a team when the appropriate SME may not be available.
4) AI – ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, etc. – developing reports and presentations in school and in work environments.April 29, 2025 at 8:52 pm #71452Anisha Kaushik
