In my current organization – No. In my previous organization – Yes. Our organization IT Hardware accounts were audited and there were a few red flags identified by the auditors that we had to develop corrective action plans to address those issues to be in compliance going forward.
Since I been in my current organization, No. However in previous organization, we did have an Audit of our IT Asset Management and we had a few red flags that the auditors identified that we have to provide a corrective action plan to address the issues in order to be in compliance moving forward.
Our contracts has a DFARS Clause for IUID Marking requirements for all IT Hardware Assets being delivered.
Our Financial Management (FM) office handles most of our budget execution plans and our finances for the organization.
We have different functional areas that handle the organizations finances such as our Financial Management Office. However, we have to have communication and understanding of finances as it relates to various other areas such as IT Asset Management ect..
