The office is in an open-plan area which makes office discussions very difficult because of noise. Having meetings remote means the team needs noise cancellation headsets and software, this has changed our communication very positively. We believe in everyone has a say in changes to our policies, procedures and assessments.
Definitely the CFO, CTO, BUM and the CEO of the group. It is however also important to have trust and reliance from the sales teams.
Negotiation is not necessarily an issue for us, it is convincing the financial director that our team is of so much value to the broader group. This is done by demonstrating our skills and ensuring that we are a profitable business and can stand on our own. We heavily lean on support of our business unit manager and I ensure that we deliver what is expected of my team.
Leading my team, ensuring we have a profit and making our target at present. In 2025 it may expand to a larger team we need to support and become presales in the general sense.
