Communication & Education. Without communication, you will not have direction. Without education, you will not understand how to do what needs to get done.

When asking a colleague for direction, I was given false information. When I completed the task, the manager came to me to discuss the error I had made. The manager explained the process and gave me correct direction so that this wouldn’t happen again in the future. I made sure to remember the steps that were given to me so that the same mistake was not made again.
