Both are important. Education is needed to correctly reflect what the process is and how it needs to work. Communication is used throughout these processes to make sure things are being done and understood correctly.

Lots of mistakes and miscommunication. Not having things be completed correctly and what is needed for audit purposes.

None – this process needs to happen. They required people start on Asset Management process.
