Weakness: Not yet having completed all necessary ITAM courses
Opportunity: an asset manager position coming available

Strong asset tagging system in place along with upgraded asset inventory databases
Departmental processes already in place from Procurement to disposal
Weakness: No communication between the licensing capturing and the asset inventory databases
Opportunities: To join the two databases into one with the update

ParticipantI checked in with all parties involved until I discovered where the miscommunication occurred. Then I clarified the correct information with all parties.
