The two areas from the survey where we could do improvements are:
1) centralized hardware request process — today we have multiple options depending on the type of hardware, leading to a complicated user experience for requesters
2) contract negoatiations with ITAM involement — ITAM is not involved today, which means that decisions are not made about what scope of the contract will be under ITAM control as the contract is finalized
