    That’s a tricky question, because if I understand correctly, those are core processes rather than KPAs. In this case, I would actually choose Policy, Documentation, and Compliance as the foundation.

    I would stick with them, communication and education is the most important or you are a program of 1 person. Have to get everyone on board.
