    I disagree that they are the foundation. Do they shape and make a big impact on the ITAM program? Yes, but they aren’t what determine functionality. Are they best practice? Yes, but you can have functional ITAM without them.
    For me, the important ones are Documentation, Compliance, and Policy.

    I would try to use the core KPAs; however, ACQ and FIN can have a tendency to take priority over all others.

    Stick with all but policy management. While it is important, in my role we have an entire team working on policy and while we help dictate it is not our sole responsibility. I would instead put acquisition management as a core
