    Hard facts and figures to overcome assumptions and feelings. Executives may feel like the company has invested enough in hardware but when 75% of endpoints have surpassed their expected lifecycle then it is time to reinvest into the IT operations no matter how they feel about it. Unless they are willing to accept service disruptions caused by outdated hardware.
