    These happen continually. As soon as it becomes apparent, clarification is needed. Preferrably face to face.

    there was miscommunication about who was submitting an order. We collaborated and determined where the confusion came from . We corrected the order issue and came up with a clear plan so the same error wouldn’t happen again. We clarified who would do what.
