    The needs assessments for my two projects:

    ITAMS Modernization Project
    Currently, asset acquisition and tracking are managed through disparate systems and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and inaccuracies.

    Acquisition Training Project
    Acquisition staff currently lack standardized training, leading to inconsistent procurement practices and potential compliance issues.
