I would stick with those 3 Core KPAs.

My role has been Operating KPAs oriented. I will start applying Core KPAs and Controlling KPAs in my work plan.

I do believe that my organization’s standards align with ITITAM’s high standards because the organization I work for is fairly large so there is a lot of financial benefit from attaining high standards.
