ITAM processes have become very automated. There is also a heavy number of employees working remotely which makes it even more important to have an organized ITAM process in place to track/monitor all IT equipment.

Becoming an IAITAM member is the first step I have taken to network with others in the profession. Plan to attend ACE and other member events. Also joined the LinkedIn IATIAM Group.
