ParticipantIAITAM emphasizes governance, communication, and structure—and that’s exactly what’s reflected in foundational KPAs like:
Policy Management → aligns with IAITAM’s focus on formalized, enforceable policies.
Program Management → supports IAITAM’s emphasis on dedicated ownership and strategic alignment.
Communication & Education Management → mirrors IAITAM’s call for cross-functional awareness and stakeholder engagement.

ParticipantI’d stick with these three as a foundational set for any organization building or rebooting their ITAM program. But I’d ensure that they quickly evolve to include more tactical KPAs (like Lifecycle and Compliance Management) once the foundation is in place.
