ParticipantOur mission would be able to identify, control, manage, and archive assets and asset information throughout the entire lifecycle (from prior to procurement through to disposal and holding records for required retention period to support with audits and cost/benefit analysis).
April 29, 2025 at 2:25 pm in reply to: Name individuals in your organization who are not ITAM customers. #71431Holly McInroy
ParticipantAll employees are customers – whether issued a laptop, computer, mobile device, access to information/documentation, etc.

ParticipantFoundationally, I would choose; Program, Policy, and Documentation. Program shows accountability and sets expectations for governance, objectives, scope, Policy is setting the expectations of the who, what, why, and Documentation outlines the how/process/tasks that need to be performed to satisfy the program/policy requirements. I do understand why communication and education is there – to notify and inform stakeholders of the program existence and their compliance requirements with the policy.

ParticipantI’m not aware of last audits but I know we have them performed both internally and externally across different departments. Historically, I’ve managed audits to obtain and maintain different certifications. The scheduling and payment process, to preparation and reviewing content with internal departments and stakeholders, notification of employees, and collecting / organizing evidence, managing the onsite auditor and blocking several days to support complete the audits.
