I think these KPA”S are good high level process areas that would encompass an organizations more details KPA’s.

serial number, device type call out, L=laptop, d= desktop, MC = mac, VM =virtual machine etc.

I work for a national bank where finance is everything and have not been there a year yet.
Finance education and information including laws, policies and general knowledge around finance are all constant areas of growth and maturity.
