I think we have a lot of processes that are defined already but I don’t know how well they are implemented.

10. Vendor = low to moderateI am going to be building the entire ITAM program for my organization which will in turn impact our client and I’ll have the opportunity to possibly provide experience to them as well.
At this moment, I don’t think they do. But this course and the subsequent CSAM course will prepare me to align my organization.
We are a startup nearing our the end of year 2. We have participated in audit but I don’t believe we have been audited yet.
I have a solid foundational understanding of finances and how things important the connect with contracts and finance is. For my specific company I report directly to the AVP of Finance so I’m looped in and understand how it’s all connected.
I’ve noticed a shift to emphasis on Employee well-being. More focus on the employees mental health awareness, work life balance and burnout prevention. Remote work that emerged through the COVID pandemic is also top of mind as mentioned here by other as well as integration with AI. I also see companies investing more in DEI and Repairing the relationship with the indigenous groups in our community.
