They have a FA number with a scannable barcode which correlates to our Fixed Asset Module.

Our organizations finances are determined at the State and Local government level. We have budgets we need to adhere to. The Board of County Commissioners approves the Clerks budget. Part of our budget is determined by the State as we have statutes we have to adhere to.
