I am honestly not sure what mobile savings we could uncover. Our mobile users are those who are on the front line and the chiefs during catastrophes.

Duplicate purchases or purchasing too much. Possibly purchasing software that does not work as well as another software that could work better.

Our mission would be to start a process from initial purchase, during use until disposal. Whithin those areas, procedures would need to be created/policies would need to be created.

I would stick to Communication & Education, Program Management, and Policy Management as those are the bones of the ITAM program. You need all of these in order to suceed.

I would work with our asset manager to ensure we adhere to the highest of standards and implement as many of the ITAM initiatives as possible.
