Have has these in the past for local lan admins. Will need to work on one for ITAM program. Although some of us have speciality areas already and have folks to back them up. In general, we are all learning the whole processes.
I take the lead to help others on the team when they are unsure of what they are doing or with what’s going on. Beyound that, not a whole lot. Had planned on going to the yearly conference, but budget wasn’t approved and thus travel was disapproved.
Think we would average out in the middle. We do well in some areas and not so well in others which I would thinks most would do.
Work with my team to implement best practices, to push for certificaiton of our team, to follow what we know is right.
Most recent ones has the fiscal year money was used to purchase the item, the part number, and then a self generated service tag number.
I do sit in on weekly meetings going over the procurment of IT services, software, and hardware. I don’t see the whole process, but at the point of where they try to spend according to the approved budget. When it doesn’t go expected, see ways money is able to be shifted to forfill the requirement or the requirement goes unfunded.
