ParticipantThe monthly charge back process. Currently there are some reports that are prepared manually. However, we have just installed a discovery tool and we’re in the process of automating the monthly reports for PC/Laptop charge backs. It is worth considering tools that can tremendously automate tedious manual task. In our case the charge back process is one area that we have identified and are working towards simplifying the existing manual process

Participant“request and approval policy” for end user devices – this will cover request of IT asset, what happens if the device gets stolen or faulty under the user’s care, its maintenance and disposal. the end user has to agree on the terms and conditions as part of his or her request

ParticipantS – we got a solid Acquisition, Vendor, Financial, Project, Documentation, Asset Identification and Disposal Management
W – we need to in Policy, Legislation,
O – from the above we can obviously use existing capabilities to ensure Compliance
T – Compliance. We are still doing last minute work when it comes to audit. Its time to be proactive -
