    These 3 are the cornerstone of everything done – other KPAs need to be included because best practices always use all 12 KPAs but without these 3 they will not be successful.

    I would stick with those as the foundation. IF this is the chosen 3 that works for many, there must be a good reason why and won’t risk changing it. The modules explain why it is chosen as the foundation core.

    I think these are vital for any IT Asset Management project. There must be communication with immediate stakeholders as well as external stakeholders and that continued education, knowledge and experience. Program Management to ensure that your project is on track and there is a leader to guide team members of the project. As for policy management if there are not guidelines, policies and processed that must be followed and met, there will be no control within the organization and there will not be effective management of IT assets.
