    I definitely wouldn’t chose 3 different KPAs, I would add more. Like Project Management, Financial Management, because getting projects accomplished accurately as well as making sure that you are following financial budgets/guidelines are also super important.

    While I would stick with the three KPAs mentioned, if I had to consider alternatives or additional KPAs, I might suggest to add the Risk Management, Financial Management, and Performance Management.

    While my day-to-day tasks focus more on some of the other KPAs, I do think that these three would truly provide the structure for the rest of the program.

    I would stick with those. I’ve worked in corporate long enough to know that no matter how good of a program you run if you don’t have policies to enforce the necessary controls then things will go sideways. Similarly that if you aren’t communicating and educating your end users they won’t run things properly.
