Strengths = We are staying on top of modern trends and adjusting our program. We have fantastic reporting back models and we have offerings well positioned for our markets. We are seen as experts in our field.

Weaknesses = Marketing and surveys are our weak points. Our processes take long to complete a project, however, faster opportunities will follow with more automation.

Opportunities = Upskilling internal licensing staff who are keen to breach the analytics market and joining our team. Improving our marketing and survey skills. Breaching the software vs hardware teams, which will happen in 2025.

Threats = Other teams challenging us within the group. The lack of skilled resources in the field.
