Start by building a strong backup and team collaboration within the ITAM program.
Then giving the training opportunity for the team to identify the asset that included with the ITAM program.
And have the environments that’s needed like Asset Management, Identification Management, Acquisition Management, with the KPA’s

The SWOT analysis shows that while an ITAM program can help with cost savings, compliance, and security, it also faces challenges like integration issues, manual work, and resistance to change. Opportunities like automation and better vendor deals can improve the program, but keeping up with tech changes and security risks is important.
