    there is only one job title currently and there are no plans of expansion so I am unsure how to answer this question, but i suppose if we ever had different job titles I would just elaborate on what those jobs do and why they are important.

    HR limits job titles to fit generic roles. They do not permit ITAM specific roles. We have to fit our titles under “administrator”, “analyst”, or “manager”.

    Job titles can function as a general expectation but each team member can hold several ITAM team functions. Essentially, HR should know that as the size of the company functions, we need more headcount to tackle ongoing and upcoming issues associated with the growth
