Build a streamline process from scratch that will provide efficiency
Too many layers involving outside agencies that control the contract negotiationsI was called in to a meeting to discuss my position in a situation. I explained how I completely understand the other persons view but based on the current situation how an exception needed to be made and how this was a onetime request and a process was in place to establish the need for the process going forward.
Keeps the problems out and lets the solutions in and identifies standard vs non-standard purchases/practices.
Currently there is a team tasked with negotiations. I hope to explore additional resources to tap into a greater savings opportunity
