Scope of IT acquisition is to acquire IT assets required by the organization, in the most cost-effective manner. Acquisition processes are fueled by policies and standards, creating customer satisfaction from expedited acquisitions where possible, and by implementing exception pathways where necessary for financial accountability.

We have personnel assigned to support the management roles: we have identified key team members with the necessary expertise to handle the responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the program. As the program evolves, we will continue to assess and assign additional resources as needed to ensure effective management and support
Optimizing the asset’s utilization throughout its productive lifespan, recovering usable components for redeployment to extend the life of other assets, and ensuring proper disposal.
Our organization currently doesn’t have a formal asset disposal process. One thing I can do when I return is to propose establishing a standardized asset disposal policy, focusing on secure data destruction and compliance with environmental regulations. This will ensure our IT assets are managed responsibly at the end of their lifecycle.
