ParticipantI believe our organization would receive high ratings in certain KPAs such as Acquisition, Asset ID, and Disposal, as we have strong processes in place for procurement, asset tracking, and proper disposal of IT assets. However, some areas, such as Communication & Education, may not score as high.

ParticipantI believe that my standards are alight with IAItam’s standards, as in my role, I prioritize compliance, accuracy, and collaboration across departments to ensure asset management practices support both operational goals and governance. I also respect the confidentiality of business information and always aim to make fair, unbiased decisions.

ParticipantI would add a 13th KPA focused on Cloud & SaaS Asset Management. As more organizations move to cloud services and SaaS tools, it’s essential to have dedicated processes to track these assets, manage spend, and ensure compliance. This includes tools not always handled through IT or procurement, helping close visibility gaps and reduce risks
