Sometimes language can become a barrier for understanding. Making sure I repeat back what I believe I heard helps to rectify miscommunications.

The Acquisition Manager ensures that assets meet the needs, requirements and standards of the organization as well as the stakeholder and is responsible to obtain a proper justification for products before they are purchased.

Our Asset Disposal processes and procedures are well established and funds we achieve cover the costs of the program.

We have already realized significant savings in our EOL Disposal process which is completely self-funding. We are able to re-sell EOL equipment and use the funds received to cover the costs of collection, sanitization and environmentally sustainable destruction.
