Identifying Underutilized Licenses. By tracking software usage, I can identify licenses that are not being fully utilized or are redundant. This can lead to renegotiating or eliminating unnecessary licenses.
It would be everyone in the organization who uses or utilizing company’s assets such as computer and mobile phones, etc.
While I would stick with the three KPAs mentioned, if I had to consider alternatives or additional KPAs, I might suggest to add the Risk Management, Financial Management, and Performance Management.
