ParticipantI think our company would do well on some of the KPAs. Areas I feel we would do poorly on is financial and disposal management. There is no cost payback process when users lose equipment.

ParticipantI’ve experienced an external audit from Quest TOAD. We worked closely with our commercial team and provided our software inventory and license position report to Quest. Finally, the auditors compiled their findings into a report, which included an assessment of compliance.
