Threat – Bureaucracy, silo d teamAn acquisition manager analyses different requests to acquire a IT asset by assessing company needs. They are also responsible for planning how the asset will be utilized and if not how it should be disposed.
There are talent acquisition which oversees procuring talent.
Then there are roles that deals with internal matter.
I would say based on different areas like hiring people to managing internal affairs, human resource job title is determined.Planning before asset acquisition like how many needed and also a plan to reuse it within the organization to ensure IT asset is fully utilized.
