ParticipantIn sending our company communications, we sent out an email and the instructions were not clear to complete the requested form. We started to get feedback of the confusion and resent the comm with clear instruction and apologized for the confusion.

ParticipantThe Acquisition Manager is the first step in acquiring any assets. This is where all of the check and balances begin. Our process is that if anyone goes directly to Porcurement, without submitting a ticket, the requestor is told to submit a ticket. A ticket starts the entire acquisition process.

ParticipantI do not own the mobile piece for the org. I work closely with the Service Owner on the tracking mobile devices in our CMDB. He handles the financial piece.
