Yes, we have internal audits annually to make sure that our processes are compliant. As far as a vendor audit, no.

We use ServiceNow which generates an Asset Tag when we create a new asset in the system.

We have a budgeting team that we go to. SAM is not involved other than to provide a summary of expednitures for the year leading up to budget season.

My firm is 100% remote first, office second, so managing a team and making sure they have effective time management skills to work effectively at home is important.
