Weakness: limited resources and structure
Opportunities: develop a way to inventory the assets in our institution as there are so many places where things are falling through the cracks

ParticipantTypically when I run into a miscommunication situation, I slow down, ask clarifying questions so that I can identify where the other person is at and then I would state my side again making sure that I have emphasized the points where we may have gotten disconnected previously. I would then follow that up by seeing if the other person has questions or additional things that they need to clarify.

Participantthere is only one job title currently and there are no plans of expansion so I am unsure how to answer this question, but i suppose if we ever had different job titles I would just elaborate on what those jobs do and why they are important.
