i contribute to several working groups now and through linkedin. I participate actively at conferences and am utilzing AI to apply design principles toward ITAM processes and functions which I engage with in conjunction with my clients.

There is nothing substantive in any of the answers above. If this was meant to be a gatekeeper excercise, any input will suffice. If I had the material in front of me and could read I might recommends several KPIs to include.
yes in a former role, twice, in the first case actions I took with my team reduced the penalty from .5 million down to 30K, in the second case, I left prior to the conclusion of a major Oracle audit and I believe the organization had a time with that one. The bigger problem was having a better oracle product detection system for the Oracle software and databases that were in the environment, which I indicated but was ignored on in that role at that time. I do hope they listened and used my systems I left for them.
