I think our company would do well on some of the KPAs. One i feel we would do poorly on is financial management. Our organization spends pretty frivolously and there is no cost charge system for when users lose equipment.

There are not many financial discussions in our organization that involve ITAM. Our budget is extremely flexible.

ITAM processes have become very automated. There is also a heavy number of employees working remotely which makes it even more important to have an organized ITAM process in place to track/monitor all IT equipment.
