Participantthere was miscommunication about who was submitting an order. We collaborated and determined where the confusion came from . We corrected the order issue and came up with a clear plan so the same error wouldn’t happen again. We clarified who would do what.

ParticipantThey are the gatekeeper and determine if a person can have or not have an asset. They work with other areas to determine if an asset should be purchased, see if alternatives or already available options are available, make sure there is a need and justification is provided. Determine where to purchase from and at what price.

ParticipantWe do not provide mobile assets except for C levels. I don’t expect to uncover savings.

ParticipantI am not sure, but I know there are savings to be had. We have a lifecycle program in place but I think we can do better at matching hardware to specific job classifications and not overbuy technology people won’t use or need.
