Threat – overcomplication of processes and time delaysthere was miscommunication about who was submitting an order. We collaborated and determined where the confusion came from . We corrected the order issue and came up with a clear plan so the same error wouldn’t happen again. We clarified who would do what.
Don’t ask anyone to do something you are not willing to do. Lead by example. Give credit where credit is due.
They are the gatekeeper and determine if a person can have or not have an asset. They work with other areas to determine if an asset should be purchased, see if alternatives or already available options are available, make sure there is a need and justification is provided. Determine where to purchase from and at what price.
I would explain what responsibilities are under the job title and what skills and experience is needed to successfully fill the position.
