I don’t participate in budgetary planning for my organization but I do understand a bit of our capital project planning and how to allocate purchases.

Several modern management trends I have witnessed are increased technical knowledge from the user base which requires the ITAM team to be open and flexible while still providing structure, increased mobile asset usage and requests for AI components to software.
