ParticipantI’m not sure of the exact number but we plan to make sure we are in compliance with all licensing terms and conditions, that we aren’t purchasing new software when we already own something that could be used, and that we aren’t wasting unused licenses.

ParticipantPotentially some team members in housekeeping or on the production line may not interact with assets. However it seems that they should still be aware of certain policies and procedures.

ParticipantWhile my day-to-day tasks focus more on some of the other KPAs, I do think that these three would truly provide the structure for the rest of the program.

ParticipantI intend to do my best to relay and implement best practices in my organization. I also hope to continue to network with other ITAM professionals in order to continue learning from one another.

ParticipantI think we are partially there. I think our framework and ideas are headed in the right direction but we definitely have room for growth.

ParticipantI don’t participate in budgetary planning for my organization but I do understand a bit of our capital project planning and how to allocate purchases.

ParticipantSeveral modern management trends I have witnessed are increased technical knowledge from the user base which requires the ITAM team to be open and flexible while still providing structure, increased mobile asset usage and requests for AI components to software.
