We can have generic job titles, but we do our work according to the job roles.

That would be difficult because we have many employees with the same job titles with varying responsibilities and roles.

We’re always finding ways to get the resources we need; however, adding job titles specific to Assets is a process in itself. Usually, these kinds of discussions are had amongst leaders in leadership meetings.

Job title usually will represent the at least one of the roles that the employee will play

Job titles are split to different levels. Each level has another responsibilities, skills, qualifications etc.

Each department has tried to explain various job titles to Human resources, to no avail. HR can be shown job descriptions, studies, market studies, requests from directors but they will not make a new classification. each job title must be made to fit into an already existing classification.

Roles are well defined in our approved policies and procedures; no explanation should be needed.

Not so much as explaining to HR, but currently working together with HR to build out the specific job description to match the titles.
