There is no budget for how much we must save, the objective is to save where we can and implement the saving. Ultimately, wasteful expenditure must be identified and avoided.

Beverley RileyParticipantEach tangible asset has a an asset tag and is registered, the system is not known to me as I am not in IT. We use finger print access in the premises.

Each team, be it sales or SAM division has a target to reach and incentives are in place to encourage users. Our annual turn over is made public on our website, but the overall group target is not known to me.

Beverley RileyParticipantSince Covid, we do all our projects on a remote basis, even team meetings are done remotely via Teams. Two of my members work in different provinces to the rest of the team, but our success rate has increased dramatically. We have changed so many of our processes and automated some and our key focus is to increase automation in most of our processes. We consult AI on a regular basis to improve report writing skills and the use of Power BI has increased in our reporting style.
