That is not something I need to do. If it is, the team will work on a set of tasks that are completed by each person and develop roles from there.

Reusing where we can, disposing of items in ways that can be reused or repurposed, maintaining hardware items properly so they can be used for a longer period.

Not sure – that is outside my view. Minimizing risks and cutting down on licenses not being used should save a significant amount.
