W: spending all my time on work if in the middle of a task i won’t go home until it’s complete.
O: Training programmes and career progression.

Jay FinucaneParticipant2 sets of eyes are better than one. It is always best to listen to the thoughts and opinions of others and brain storm to get the best results and ideas. some people see things from a different perspective or have different experiences which just strengthens the team.
