By sharing the industry knowledge with broader ITAM group gained through multiple stints with different organization, possibly through IAITAM led webinars.
Some of our business processes are already aligned with the standards defined by IAITAM however we still need to evaluate against all the KPAs to make sure the entire ITAM practice is aligned with the defined framework.
These 12 KPAs look good at the moment and there is no addition required as it covers majority of the ITAM landscape / aspects.
