The acquisition manager acts as sort of an auditor to ensure that the request is valid, scoped appropriately as to leverage the overall organization size, volume and needs. The new roles being created at the top do match. However, as you go down the structure they do not as asset management has not been a “role” type but more pieces of others time. We intend to change that.

We do. I would encourage a repository that ties back to the asset management system the documentation of disposal in the same way we documented the procurement.
