Strengths = Will to success, expand and build an even stronger team in 2025
Weaknesses = I am impatient, I am the lead but often jump in and will start the job because the team is taking to long.
Opportunities = To build the team and cross the branch trust barrier in the group
Threats = My age! Scared someone is going to have to replace me earlier than I think.October 17, 2024 at 8:27 am in reply to: Create a SWOT analysis of your current or anticipated ITAM program. #64315Beverley RileyParticipantStrengths = We are staying on top of modern trends and adjusting our program. We have fantastic reporting back models and we have offerings well positioned for our markets. We are seen as experts in our field.
Weaknesses = Marketing and surveys are our weak points. Our processes take long to complete a project, however, faster opportunities will follow with more automation.
Opportunities = Upskilling internal licensing staff who are keen to breach the analytics market and joining our team. Improving our marketing and survey skills. Breaching the software vs hardware teams, which will happen in 2025.
Threats = Other teams challenging us within the group. The lack of skilled resources in the field.

English is not always everyone’s home language. Being Afrikaans myself, I used to use the wrong phrases, which misled my message. Your tone of voice can also influence your message, as well as body language. I worked on these issues and my messages are now clear and concise.
